Breakfast:
1) Sprouted beans/grams/pulses(200 grams)
2) 2 pieces of brown bread without butter & without jam
3) Very slightly warm water with lemon and honey
On weekends u can eat Burger(without cheese)
Lunch:
1) Salad (200 grams) made from raw cabbage, carrot, tomato, and other vegetables
2) 4 pieces of brown bread (made from whole wheat) without butter & without jam
3) Boiled pulses.
4) Green vegetables cooked with less oil rich in fiber
Or
5) Roasted fat free chicken/fish or boiled egg white
Take 2 glass of water just before and after lunch
Evening Diet:
A glass of pure fruit juice(without sugar)
Or
An apple
Dinner:
6) Salad (200 grams) made from raw cabbage,carrot,tomato,and other vegetables
7) 2 pieces of brown bread (made from whole wheat) without butter & without jam
8) Boiled pulses.
9) Green vegetables cooked with less oil rich in fiber
Take 2 glass of water just before and after dinner
Drink 3-5 liters of water a day.
What not to eat:
1) Beer/Alcohol
2) Bottled Soft Drinks (coke)
3) Sweets
4) Cheese
5) Fried potatoes and chips
6) Beef or red meat
7) Milk with fat
8) Banana
9) Cakes and biscuits
10) Egg yolk
Take breakfast at around 8 am
Lunch at around 1 pm
Evening diet at 5-6 pm
Dinner at around 9 pm( 1 hrs before sleeping)
In every hour take minimum 2 glass of water.
